The Community Grants Partnership team at Valley Health Foundation (VHF) provides funding to support projects that address needs identified by our partners, aiming to deliver tangible, positive impacts in our local communities.
Our team administers three grant programs funded by the County of Santa Clara through the (1) Federal Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), (2) State of California Mental Health Services Act Funds, and (3) State of California Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act and Youthful Offender Block Grant:
- COVID-19 Nonprofit Resiliency and Sustainability Grant Program
- Childcare Expansion Grant Program
- School-Based Wellness Center Grant Program
Also, in partnership with the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, VHF is serving as the anchor organization for Health Access, one of the three pillars of the Community Lifeline Fund.
