The Community Grants team at Valley Health Foundation (VHF) provides funding and support to implement projects that address needs identified by our partners, aiming to deliver tangible, positive impacts in health and wellbeing in our local communities.
Our programs leverage public and private funds to mobilize service delivery, build grantee capacity, and expand access to resources for residents. Since the launch of the VHF Community Grants team in 2022, more than $30 million in funds have been awarded to grantees in Santa Clara County.
